A 12-year-old boy was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot multiple times in Covington, Kentucky. Police arrested a 19-year-old suspect and charged him with attempted murder.

The incident occurred around 4:49 PM in the 4300 block of McKee Street, near the intersection of East 43rd Street.

Police found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds and transported him to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. His initial condition was determined to be critical.

19-Year-Old Suspect Charged with Attempted Murder

Authorities confirmed the arrest of Jayden Marsh, 19, a Covington resident. The suspect was charged with Attempted Murder and is being held at the Kenton County Detention Center.
