Stephanie Nicole Minter, 41, of Fredericksburg, was found dead at a bus stop on Richmond Highway in Fairfax County, Virginia. Local police confirmed the victim died at the scene from multiple injuries caused by a sharp object. Currently, authorities are urgently conducting the necessary investigative steps to clarify the incident.

Police identified Abdul Jalloh, 32, as the primary suspect after reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses. Data showed that Jalloh and Ms. Minter got off the same bus just before the heartbreaking attack occurred. The suspect was arrested last Tuesday after a citizen recognized him at a business and quickly alerted the authorities.

The subject is currently facing second-degree murder charges along with a petit larceny charge related to another incident on the same day. According to information from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Jalloh entered the U.S. in 2012 and has a history of multiple arrests on various criminal charges. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) also issued a detainer for this suspect in 2020 and requested notification before his release.
