May 28, 2026 — Los Angeles officials are opening a homicide investigation after a serious shooting in the North Hills area of California left four people dead, including two children.
The incident occurred before 8 PM on Londelius Street, in the 16000–16200 block, according to information from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
Around 7:50 PM, Los Angeles firefighters received multiple emergency calls reporting several victims inside a house in the area. When rescue teams and police arrived, they discovered four people deceased at the scene.
The quiet residential neighborhood was quickly cordoned off for investigation. Police confirmed the incident is classified as a homicide, but no suspects or motives have been announced yet.
The identities of the victims have not been released.
