Authorities in St. Charles County, Missouri, have arrested a couple, Joshua Sinkler, 36, and Amber Sinkler, 31, following an investigation into the severe abuse of their 2-year-old daughter.

According to court records and information from the St. Charles County Cyber Crime Task Force, investigators discovered several videos and images on the mother's phone recording the crimes against the child. The search and seizure of evidence from electronic devices played a key role in the case. Prosecutors stated that a total of four videos and numerous related images were seized during the investigation.

Authorities said the father is accused of committing the offenses multiple times while using drugs. During a search of the family's residence, police found cocaine in their mobile home near Muegge Road and Zumbehl Road, an incident that has shocked Missouri.

According to investigation documents, Amber Sinkler was aware of her husband's actions but failed to report them to the authorities. After her arrest, the woman admitted to police that her husband frequently used cocaine and behaved inappropriately toward the child. Concealing a crime or perjury before investigators carries legal consequences.

Joshua Sinkler currently faces seven felony charges, including:

child abuse

statutory rape

statutory sodomy

incest

sexual exploitation of a child

possession of child pornography

The two suspects are being held at the St. Charles County Jail on a $500,000 cash-only bond.

According to investigators, Amber Sinkler previously operated a small YouTube channel where she posted videos about family life, shopping, and personal activities.

The couple also has a 7-year-old son. Officials stated that child protective services have been notified and are coordinating to ensure the safety of the children involved, avoiding further family tragedies.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the case.
