"No Safe Haven" Operation Dismantles 4 Illicit Massage Businesses

SANDY SPRINGS, Georgia — The Sandy Springs Police Department, in collaboration with multiple federal law enforcement agencies, on Thursday arrested three individuals and shut down four massage parlors in a large-scale operation named "No Safe Haven," targeting prostitution and human trafficking within the city.

The investigation was initiated after authorities received numerous complaints from the community regarding prostitution and suspected human trafficking activities at massage parlors in the area.

Search Warrants Executed at Two Establishments on Roswell Road and Cliftwood Drive

According to the Sandy Springs Police Department's announcement, law enforcement executed search warrants at two establishments suspected of operating illegally:

  • Pileo Therapy — 195 Cliftwood Drive
  • Pearl Massage — 8600 Roswell Road

The operation resulted in the closure of a total of four massage parlors:

  • Jade Spa — 8599 Roswell Road
  • Massage Springs — 6309 Roswell Road
  • Paleo Therapy — 195 Cliftwood Drive
  • Pearl Massage — 8610 Roswell Road

Three Women Arrested on Multiple Charges

Police arrested three women on charges of soliciting illegal sexual acts. Two of them were additionally prosecuted under Sandy Springs city ordinances for operating a house of prostitution.

FBI and ICE Participated in the Coordinated Operation

Operation "No Safe Haven" involved the coordinated participation of federal law enforcement agencies, including:

  • Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
  • Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

The Sandy Springs Police Department affirmed that this operation is part of a long-term effort to vigorously address human trafficking and sexual exploitation activities in the community.
