President Trump has confirmed that Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed following a series of coordinated airstrikes between the U.S. and Israel, while declaring that the "precision strike" campaign will continue until its objectives are met.

On Truth Social on the afternoon of February 28, President Trump wrote: "Khamenei, one of the most brutal men in history, is dead. This is justice not only for the people of Iran but also for the people of America and many nations around the world who were killed or maimed by him and his group."

President Trump stated that high-tech intelligence and tracking systems identified the target in close coordination with Israel. He described this as the "greatest opportunity for the Iranian people to take back their country."

He also addressed the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the military, and security forces, suggesting that many members no longer wish to continue fighting and are seeking immunity. President Trump reiterated his warning: those who lay down their weapons will be granted immunity, while those who continue to fight will face deadly consequences.

President Trump emphasized: "Strong and precision strikes will continue throughout the week, or until the goal of peace in the Middle East and around the world is achieved."

The statement comes amid escalating tensions in the Middle East following a large-scale aerial campaign targeting Iranian military assets and leadership.
