The conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran has entered its fourth day with escalating developments as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed that Iran's Natanz nuclear facility was damaged following airstrikes.

Natanz Damaged, No Radioactive Leak Reported

The IAEA — the United Nations' nuclear watchdog — stated that based on the latest satellite imagery, several entrance buildings of the underground Fuel Enrichment Plant (FEP) at Natanz have been damaged.

The agency emphasized that there are no radiological consequences and no further damage was detected inside the FEP area, which had previously suffered significant damage during a conflict in June. Satellite images released on March 2 show at least two buildings in this area were affected.

Rising Casualties

According to the latest updates, six US service members were killed during Operation Epic Fury, all occurring during Iranian retaliatory strikes targeting Kuwait. The identities of the soldiers have not yet been released.

Iran continues to retaliate with attacks targeting US allies in the Persian Gulf region, as well as in Cyprus, Israel, and Lebanon. President Trump declared that airstrikes would be intensified, warning: "The biggest one is coming."

US Personnel Withdraw from the Region

The US Department of State has ordered non-essential personnel and their families to leave Jordan, Bahrain, Iraq, Qatar, and Kuwait due to escalating security concerns.

The notice warns of the ongoing risk of Iranian drone and missile attacks, as well as severe disruptions to commercial aviation. US citizens are advised to prepare contingency plans and not to rely on government-assisted evacuation.

Escalating Nuclear Tensions

US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff revealed that during indirect talks in Geneva, the Iranian side claimed they possess enough enriched uranium to build 11 nuclear bombs. This information was shared during exchanges mediated by Oman aimed at avoiding US military action.

Other Developments

  • The Iranian women's national football team refused to sing the national anthem before their Asian Cup match.
  • President Trump stated the US has a "nearly limitless supply of weapons" and is prepared to win.

The situation in the Middle East continues to evolve rapidly, with the risk of the regional conflict spreading in the coming days.
